Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care, supporting service users with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their dignity and independence are always respected.
- Work closely with the care management team to implement and update care plans based on individual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in service user wellbeing to the appropriate supervisor.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and standards.
Requirements
- A compassionate and reliable approach to care work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
