Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery to high standards.
* Ensure all kitchen areas remain tidy and strictly compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
* Assist the chef team with basic food preparation as required.
* Manage recycling and waste disposal efficiently.
* Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
