Job Overview & Salary Package
Job Type: Part-Time (approx. 16 to 20 hours per week, depending on development needs)
Location: Nationwide UK developments (including Chipping Norton, Weybridge, and Southampton)
Workplace Type: On-site (Retirement Living PLUS developments)
Salary: £12.39 to £14.56 per hour** (Plus an additional £1.30 per hour enhancement for evening and weekend shifts)

Core Duties and Responsibilities
As a Care and Support Assistant, your day-to-day duties will combine caregiving with domestic assistance to help residents live their later lives well. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care tailored to the individual needs of residents (assisting with morning routines, dressing, and mobility).
Delivering housekeeping support, including light apartment cleans and maintaining general estate areas.
Encouraging and assisting residents to participate in community-led activities to support their social wellbeing.
Helping residents manage their personal schedules, such as booking medical appointments or arranging transport.
Accompanying residents on outings, grocery shopping, or external visits when required.
