Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Schedule: Monday through Friday (shifts typically begin between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM EST).

No weekends required!

Starting Pay: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour (varies by state of residence).

Hiring Locations:Candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, South Carolina, or Texas.

Arizona (AZ): $17.50 per hour

Florida (FL): $16.50 per hour

South Carolina (SC): $16.00 per hour

Texas (TX): $16.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries in a structured, fast-paced environment. Your daily tasks will include:

*Answering incoming calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, and insurance agents.

* Assisting callers with questions regarding life insurance policies, annuities, and account updates.

* Accurately documenting call details and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.

* Maintaining strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive personal and financial data.

Requirements to Apply

To be considered for this work-from-home position, you must meet the following criteria:

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Location: Must reside in Arizona, Florida, South Carolina, or Texas.

Technical Skills: Comfortable learning new technology, troubleshooting basic internet issues, and navigating multi-screen setups.

Testing & Screening: Must pass a secure home internet speed test, a standard background check, and a drug screening.

Background (Preferred): Prior experience in a call center, healthcare, medical terminology, or financial/insurance services is a strong asset.
