* **Job Type:** Full-Time and Part-Time permanent roles available (with a fixed 2-week rolling rota)

## Core Duties and Responsibilities
As a Community Support Worker, you will assist adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs to live as independently and comfortably as possible in their own homes and local neighborhoods. Your daily duties will include:
* Providing friendly companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement.
* Supporting individuals to attend personal appointments, access social events, and engage in local community activities.
* Assisting with daily life skills, including budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping.
* Helping with personal care (such as washing, dressing, and morning/evening routines) where required.
* Updating physical and digital care plans to support individuals in planning for their long-term goals.
